R1SE yoga is very impressive given the breadth of the operation, number of classes, staff and small finishing touches which give fine finesse and a wonderful customer experience. I have yet to explore all the classes to offer however have really enjoyed the venue, the friendly & supportive welcome by all the staff and the sense of community that R1SE brings. Self-care at its purest form from the tea at the end of every session, cooling face clothes and a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere- what more could you want!? Introductory offer is a really valuable start as well! Will definitely become a member! Thanks to all staff at R1SE.

Definitely my favourite yoga place so far! All the teachers are very helpful and caring. The place itself has chilled and calming atmosphere which makes me want to be there every day ... Thank you !

I came for the first time to sculpt class. Much different to ‘traditional yoga’ it was my first time in such an energetic yoga class with the music with a beat and fast paced throughout. The owners Chris and Rosie are so welcoming and friendly. Great concept to feel energised and ready for the day.

I’ve been a member at R1SE since it first opened. I feel really welcome at this studio and that’s what I love about it. Jen, Chris and the instructors are really friendly and make you feel comfortable. They have a wide range of classes to suit everyone and the facilities are great.
